| Every Tuesday night in Leichhardt...Everyone is welcome to Meditation. |
|
It has been a very busy and exciting first six months of 2008. My corporate business has continued to expand and more people are coming to meditation classes I guide after hours. This is the first time I have managed to update the meditation website. I've completed the five day 'Stages of Meditation' workshop with the Dalai Lama and some very powerful monks that were on stage with him at the Homebush Stadium. It has been an amazing experience watching a hall with over 4000 people around me and feeling their auras change and escalate in the presence of his holiness. I felt an beautiful lightness of being during that time.
I would also like to give thanks to Chris Sheedy who approached me to write up and publish an article in April's issue of 'Sunday Life'. The response has been great and many new people have come to meditation as a result of the article. Q&A Love your work
Also, thank you to all those wonderful people who have contacted me from Victoria through the article, who are interested in meditation classes. I have set up an email link interest@creative-grafika.com. specially for you. Please email me any requests. When the numbers are right, I will organise monthly trips to Melbourne so that more people can benefit from the techniques I am sharing through meditation.
Soon...hopefully within the next few weeks, I will be expanding the products section of the website with paymate facilities. Our first meditation CD will be in this section, crystal necklaces that will be super charged to help clear and heal various chakras while wearing them, soy wax candles that can also be used as a massage oil whilst lit, power objects and more.

For me, meditation, based in Leichhardt, Norton Street, is a way of connecting with my inner self so that I am more able to cope with the day to day stress of running my company, http://www.creative-grafika.com keeping up with friends and family commitments, and giving myself space for rest and relaxation. Meditation classes have been setup in Leichhardt, Norton Street to be able to accomodate everyone in Lilyfield, Balmain, Marrickville, Lewisham, Stanmore, Dulwich Hill, Summer Hill, Haberfield, Five Dock, Annandale and the most part of the inner and outer west of Sydney.
Running meditation classes is about being able to share the benefits I have recognised over the past 20 years, with this practice. Mostly that meditation has given me strength and power within myself, as well as continually providing clarity of thought plus heightened creativity and release of tension in my mind and body.
'It is important in today’s fast-paced world that we are able to stay grounded and clear so that we make the decisions that are best for us at any given moment. Meditation can help you to stay sane when things around you feel out of control.’ A great way to feel anchored, like a tree in the eye of the storm!
Senka has been practicing meditation for 20 years. She is now an intuitive meditation leader and takes participants on a journey to release their body, mind and soul from stress and routine. Senka is the director of her advertising and web design company, who has worked in the industry with some of Australia’s largest hotel chains and corporations, both national and international.
Please visit our products section of the site, to assist you, positive affirmations in the form of gift cards. It would make the ideal gift to inspire friends with positive thinking affirmations and can acts as mantras. Choose the affirmation you feel is best for them. Also, ask them to visit this site to understand more. |

World Hope Foundation - help us to build orphanages for the homeless Tibet children
The World Hope Foundation initiative is to help Tibetan villagers break the poverty cycle. One of the poorest people in the world, the Tibetans have no electricity, running water, telephone service, medical facilities nor paved roads. Their living environment is harsh - a bitter cold climate amongst rugged terrain all situated within the highest altitude in the world. The World Hope Foundation addresses the most urgent needs of the residents who are least able to help themselves – the children.
Most children lack sanitary housing, proper nutrition, and health care. Orphans fare the worst - without family to support their education or even provide a roof over their heads, they are forced into labor at a young age. Lacking any viable skills, most become cattle hands living at a subsistence level. The lives of the unskilled young people who make it into the city are not much better, often too poor to make the journey home and thus loosing the connection with their families.
World Hope is targeting a series of remote villages where the most basic needs of the villagers must be addressed: • Provisions and basic medical treatment provided; • Necessary sanitation to be introduced; and • An ecology program to be introduced – aiming to minimize their impact on the environment
These simple steps WILL have a huge impact. The next initiative is building orphanages so the children can be close to their families whilst receiving an education. All work planned is discussed and designed with the village elders and spiritual leader. New technology will be used where appropriate, whilst honouring the sacred traditions of the village.
Visit www.worldhopefoundation.com to donate. Thank you for your generosity. |
